The Superintendent manages all phases of construction projects, including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment while ensuring work stays on schedule and within budget. Candidates must have 7 to 10 years of construction management experience with a thorough knowledge of industry practices and standards. Proficiency in reading technical drawings, managing project controls, and strong communication skills are required.
