The Estimator is responsible for preparing take-offs, analyzing blueprints, and developing accurate cost, material, and labor estimates for construction bids. They coordinate with subcontractors and senior management to submit multimillion-dollar bids and ensure project hand-offs are aligned with budgets.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of construction estimating experience and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in reading plans, reviewing contract documents, and strong communication skills are required.
