The Metal Sorter is responsible for inspecting, grading, and sorting incoming loads of metal while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. They must also assist with inventory management and ensure that hazardous materials are identified and removed prior to processing.
Candidates must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and the ability to distinguish between different types of metals is highly valued.
