The Area Manager will lead melting and refining operations while ensuring a strong safety culture and optimal productivity. They are responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, coordinating with casting departments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of leadership experience in a steel manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required for this role.
