Central Texas Stone & Aggregate (CTSA) is a vertically integrated producer and supplier of construction aggregates, serving federal, state, county, and municipal markets as well as the heavy-civil construction industry. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations and commercial growth in the West Texas region.
POSITION SUMMARY
The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance, safety, and profitability of aggregate operations within an assigned region. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operational management with commercial development. The successful candidate will oversee the establishment and ongoing operation of aggregate production sites, develop and grow the regional customer base, build and lead a high-performing team, and ensure full compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
This position is well suited to a results-oriented leader with a balanced background in aggregate operations and sales who is capable of managing a site or region as a standalone business unit. The role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape the growth of the Company’s regional presence.

Work is performed in both office and active quarry/production environments. The role requires the ability to work outdoors in variable weather, traverse uneven terrain, and be present at active operating sites. Regional travel by vehicle is required. Adherence to all site safety requirements, including personal protective equipment, is mandatory.
