Perform welding on vessels and components according to ASME, AWS, API, and ANSI codes while interpreting blueprints and fabrication layouts. Examine workpieces for defects, perform necessary repairs, and operate various fabrication and lifting equipment safely.
Candidates must be able to pass a 6G Code Welding Test and possess proven experience in vessel welding to code. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with strong knowledge of industry standards and attention to detail.
