The Leasing Associate is responsible for generating and converting prospective resident leads through tours and professional sales techniques. They also manage the leasing process, including applications and move-in coordination, while maintaining community appeal and supporting daily property operations.
Candidates should have experience in multi-family property management and possess a valid driver's license. Proficiency in social media marketing is preferred to help promote the community and drive occupancy.
