The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing repairs on appliances, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems while preparing vacant units for new residents. They also provide professional resident support and handle administrative tasks such as logging service requests and monitoring vendor performance.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of maintenance experience and possess a valid driver's license with a clean record. A refrigeration certification (Type II or Universal) is required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
