Lead the strategic development and execution of a world-class safety program to protect team members and improve operational performance. Serve as the subject matter expert for risk management, conducting jobsite inspections and leading incident investigations.
Requires at least 10 years of commercial construction experience, with 5+ years in a safety leadership role. Must hold an OSHA 30-Hour certification and a construction safety certification such as CHST, ASP, or CSP.

As the Safety Director at Auld & White Constructors, you will lead the strategic development, execution, and continuous improvement of our safety program while partnering closely with Operations Leadership to ensure safety is fully embedded in every phase of project delivery. In this role, you will serve as the company’s subject matter expert on safety and risk management, guiding training, compliance, and field engagement across all operations. You will play a key role in advancing AWC’s vision of a world-class safety culture that protects team members, strengthens operational performance, and differentiates us in the marketplace.
