The Executive Assistant is the principal point of contact for the Executive Director, supporting the effective management of their office through high-level administrative and coordination support.
You will work closely with the Executive Director and Principal Advisor to manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, and support the preparation of a broad range of written materials including briefs, reports, agenda papers, presentations and correspondence.
The role requires strong collaboration across the organisation to facilitate planning activities, coordinate meetings, track deliverables and ensure tasks are completed in line with organisational standards and timeframes.
