About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, organised and fun, people-focused Office Manager to be the face of our new Tonsley office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in creating a high‑performing, welcoming workplace from the ground up.
As the first point of contact for staff, clients and visitors, you’ll bring energy, positivity and a strong customer service focus to ensure our office runs smoothly and delivers a great experience for everyone.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily office operations to ensure a professional, safe and efficient environment
Managing facilities, suppliers, maintenance and office resources
Acting as the first point of contact for staff and visitors
Creating a welcoming, inclusive and engaging workplace experience
Coordinating office events, engagement initiatives and team activities
Supporting the setup and ongoing optimisation of our new Tonsley office
Ensuring compliance with company policies, WHS and information security requirements
Managing office expenses, purchase orders and vendor relationships
About You
You’re highly organised, approachable and thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same. You enjoy being the go-to person and take pride in delivering a great experience for others.
You’ll bring:
Previous experience in an office administration, receptionist or customer service role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems
