This is a hands-on HR position responsible for providing comprehensive support throughout the employee lifecycle. As a trusted resource for both leaders and employees, you will help ensure our people practices remain consistent, compliant, professional, and employee-focused.

HR Administration, Systems and Compensation
Serve as the primary resource for HR systems, employee records, and related processes. You will support accurate payroll administration, coordinate employee benefits, maintain confidential employee information, and help ensure HR operations run efficiently and in accordance with applicable requirements.

What You Bring to the Team
You have post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A CHRP designation, or active progress toward obtaining one, is strongly preferred.
You bring at least five years of practical HR Generalist experience, ideally gained in a busy, operational setting such as warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or retail. Experience working with HRIS and payroll platforms is required, as is careful attention to record accuracy, confidentiality, and process efficiency.
You demonstrate sound professional judgment, discretion, and a strong commitment to ethical HR practices. Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities, you are able to succeed in a fast-paced and hands-on workplace. You build credible working relationships with employees and leaders at all levels while balancing people-focused solutions with the needs of the business.

Salary: $62,000–$72,000 per year
