The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support for the Human Resources department by assisting with payroll processing, employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, recruiting, recordkeeping, and compliance. This role helps ensure HR processes are completed accurately and on time while delivering excellent customer service to employees and managers.
This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting others. They are comfortable handling confidential information, thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, and take pride in keeping HR processes accurate, compliant, and employee-focused.
