Specialist, Operations Support
About the Role
As a Specialist, Operations Support, you will play a key role in keeping DKSH’s field operations running smoothly. You’ll provide high‑quality operational and administrative support across field resourcing, systems and data accuracy, communications, seasonal processes, and trade spend coordination.
Working as part of a collaborative Operations Support team, you’ll maintain cross‑functional capability and support continuity across all operational activities. This role is fast‑paced, varied, and central to ensuring our field teams have what they need to deliver outstanding results for our customers and clients.
What You Will Deliver
Field Support — Respond to field queries, coordinate resourcing, support CRM survey setup, assist with in‑store issue resolution, and manage payroll and travel submissions
Systems & Data Administration — Maintain CRM, SAP, SharePoint, GAPIM, CTM, Compass and Exceedra accuracy; process pricing updates, invoices and purchase orders; ensure master data integrity
Operational Administration — Manage shared inboxes, support seasonal order processes, coordinate procurement and office activities, produce PSI reports, and prepare trade communications
Strong organisational capability — You manage competing priorities with accuracy, structure, and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills — Confident engaging with field teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners
Technical proficiency — Skilled in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, CRM systems, Exceedra, Power BI, CTM or GAPIM is an advantage
Problem‑solving mindset — Comfortable resolving issues, escalating when needed, and contributing to continuous improvement
Collaboration & relationship building — Able to work effectively across Field, Sales, Finance, Insights & Analytics, and Client Services
Adaptability & resilience — You embrace change, learn new systems quickly, and deliver consistently in a fast‑moving environment
