Oversee daily field operations for the Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Division, providing technical guidance and leadership to technicians. Ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning, with a strong preference for previous supervisory experience. Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
The Supervisor – Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Division is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, providing technical guidance, and ensuring commercial refrigeration and air conditioning projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company and customer standards. This role provides leadership and support to technicians, coordinates field activities, and ensures quality workmanship, productivity, and compliance with safety requirements.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems, field supervision, troubleshooting, and team coordination. This position works closely with technicians, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to support successful project execution and operational excellence.

The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate strong leadership through effective team supervision, technical support, safety leadership, quality control, and customer-focused service. This role plays an important part in supporting the performance and continued growth of the Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Division.
