Job Summary: DRAKE UNIVERSITY LAW SCHOOL invites applications from entry level and lateral candidates for a tenure-track or ABA Standard 405(c) long-term contract faculty position to direct the Wrongful Convictions Clinic. The Wrongful Convictions Clinic provides meaningful experiential learning opportunities for students related to wrongful convictions and manifest injustice work. |

Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must possess a J.D. or comparable law degree and be admitted, or able to satisfy the requirements for admission, to the Iowa Bar. At least three years’ experience of law practice is required. Applicants should have a record of academic excellence, exoneration or wrongful conviction litigation practice experience, a passion for teaching, as well as a record or evidence of the potential for accomplishments in scholarship and clinical teaching. |
