About the Role

Theis role plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities across the business.

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to support business efficiency.
• Support and collaborate with a variety of departments such as marketing, finance and legal.
  
• Assist in creating operational workflows.
  
• Collect, analyse, and report on operational data and KPIs to support decision-making.
  
• Assist with project planning and coordination, ensuring milestones are met and documentation is maintained.
• Assist with data entry and accounts payable management.
• Proactively identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
  
• Undertake personal assistant duties including running errands as necessary.
