The BCBA will establish and lead their own independent ABA practice, maintaining full control over clinical care, scheduling, and staffing. They will utilize Alpaca's infrastructure for administrative tasks, payroll, and insurance billing while focusing on client care.
Candidates must be experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are ready for autonomy and practice ownership. The role is designed for clinicians who want to move away from traditional employment to build their own business.
