The Fire Sprinkler Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems to ensure regulatory compliance and operational safety. Pay Range: $33.00 - $45.00 / Hourly. The posted salary range reflects the anticipated hiring range for this position at the time of posting and is provided in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual starting pay will be determined based on job-related factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, education, internal equity, geographic location (where applicable), and market considerations. Not all candidates will be hired at the top of the posted range. The posted range reflects base salary only and does not include any applicable bonuses, commissions, overtime, or the value of employee benefits. Eligible employees may participate in the Company's benefit programs, subject to the terms and eligibility requirements of each plan.
Sign-On Bonus: Qualified technicians will receive a $5,000.00 sign-on bonus paid in two installments: the first payment after successfully completing 30 days of employment, and the second payment after completing 90 days. This bonus rewards your commitment and excellent performance during your initial months with our company.
Job Summary: A Fire Sprinkler Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, repairing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and optimal safety for occupants. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to address any issues and maintain the integrity of fire protection systems.
