The Area Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance, preventative repairs, and safety checks across property facilities. They also handle resident work orders, unit turnovers, and general grounds-keeping to ensure property cleanliness and appeal.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in apartment or multi-housing maintenance. An HVAC certification is preferred for this role.
