The Operations Lead supervises merchandise handling, stock associates, and the replenishment process to maintain an organized stockroom. They manage shipping and receiving while serving as the primary point of contact for back-of-house matters in the manager's absence.
Candidates need at least one year of experience in both retail and apparel operations, plus six months in a customer-facing role. The role requires open availability for weekends and holidays, as well as the physical ability to lift 11.34kg and stand for long periods.

Compensation: $38.00-$40.00/hr
The Kith Operations Lead is the right hand to the Operations Manager. Supervises merchandise handling process. Supervises and provides training for the daily activities of all stock associates in partnership with the Operations Manager. Maintains an organized stockroom. Oversees replenishment process and provides leadership team with feedback regarding staff performance and inventory need to know. Manages shipping and receiving of in store merchandise and communicates with Warehouse and HQ teams. Point person for back-of-house matters when Operations Manager is unavailable.
Ensures execution of all shipment receiving and processing procedures.
Ensures adept product is neatly organized and placed in the stock room.
Performs audit and transfers of damaged and defective merchandise, complete re-tickets, and phone orders.
Tracks productivity and ensures that the team is meeting the standards and efficiency set by upper management.
Ensures all delivery information is recorded and accurately reported.
Communicates daily goals and priorities to support associates, redirects activities as necessary to achieve results.
Manages shipment supplies and fixtures and communicates needs to the leadership team.
Ensures the stockroom is neat, clean, and organized.
Influences employees to support an operationally efficient and effective process driven environment.
Assist store management team with housekeeping responsibilities including but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, collection of trash, and other tasks traditionally associated with standard retail operations.
Participates and assists in Physical Inventories as required by the business.
Assist Merchandising team during visual initiatives, as needed.
Open & flexible availability, including but not limited to evenings, overnights, and weekends as well as Holidays.
Availability to consistently work weekends, special projects, drops/releases or as the business’ needs require.
6+ months in a customer facing role.
1+ year in a retail environment.
1+ year in an apparel operations role.
Thorough communication with customers, peers, and Direct-Report(s)
Efficient time management skills.
