We are looking for a WA licensed cosmetologist or barber with serious leadership experience who is ready to manage a busy floor. With a base wage of $24–$27, potentially earn $40–$50+/hr including tips, bonuses.
Featuring weekly pay, a 401(k) with a match, and PTO and vacation time to make sure you’re living your best life inside and outside the salon.

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:
A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
