The Front Desk Agent provides superior customer service by managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and handling inquiries. They also perform administrative duties such as data entry, inventory management, and processing financial transactions.
Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar position and a Secondary School Diploma. Applicants must possess strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

The Coast Lonsdale Quay Hotel in North Vancouver, BC is looking for a Front Desk Agent with flexibility in their availability, to join our team and contribute to the overall success of the hotel by providing superior customer service and administrative support to the Front Office.
The hours for this role will fluctuate between part time and full time, and some overnight shifts will be required to cover off vacations.
