The Site Superintendent oversees and coordinates all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This includes managing subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and acting as a liaison between project stakeholders.
Candidates need a minimum of 5 years of experience in ICI construction, preferably in a supervisory role, and a strong understanding of the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software is required, with Gold Seal or LEED certifications considered assets.

About the Role
Reporting to the Field Manager, the Site Superintendent is a crucial role within the construction and project management industry. This professional is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities during the construction phase of a project. The Site Superintendent ensures that projects are completed safely, within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

The hiring range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. The final compensation offered will be determined considering the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Annual bonus opportunities are in addition to base salary.
