The Machine Adjuster is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining envelope converting machines to ensure safe and efficient production. This includes monitoring quality standards, maximizing productivity, and providing technical guidance to operators.
A high school diploma or GED and at least 12 months of relevant mechanical experience are required. Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a warehouse environment.

This includes the start-up, operation, adjustment to proper parameters involving close tolerances, maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of the equipment. (This is meant to be a guide.
