Proven success as an Automotive General Sales Manager or Sales Manager.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Strong understanding of dealership operations, inventory management, and financial performance.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Experience using dealership technology and CRM platforms.
A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
