The Food Prep Worker is responsible for preparing and portioning food items according to standardized recipes and production requirements. They must maintain a clean, sanitized work environment and ensure proper food storage and rotation.
Preferably one year of food service experience with knowledge of knife handling and sanitation. Candidates must possess basic math, reading, and writing skills, and be able to perform physical tasks like lifting and standing.
The Food Prep Worker prepares, and portions food items and performs various duties in accordance with production requirements and Aramark sanitation standards. Uses daily worksheets and standardized recipes to cook meals.
