The Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily plasma center operations, staff performance, and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures. They facilitate donor flow, manage personnel schedules, and conduct error investigations to maintain an efficient and safe work environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of one year of supervisory or leadership experience is required to oversee center activities.
This position is responsible for supervising the day-today plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient plasma collections.
You will report to the Center Manager.

Required to work overtime and extended hours to support center operational needs
