Perform pipe fitting activities in a fabrication shop, including assembling and aligning pipe spools, flanges, and valves. Utilize technical drawings and rigging equipment to ensure accuracy and quality of fabricated assemblies.
Must be a registered Alberta apprentice or journeyman Steamfitter/Pipefitter with valid CSTS-20 and WHMIS certifications. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and experience in a fabrication shop environment is preferred.

Our services include piping fabrication, industrial facility construction and maintenance, storage tank services, pipeline integrity, and multi-discipline modular fabrication. Our Acheson facility is a dedicated indoor fabrication shop focused on high-quality, safety-driven production.
Primoris Canada is seeking Journeyperson pipefitters to support a multiple long term projects at our fabrication shop in Acheson, AB. The project offers up to two years of work, providing long‑term stability for qualified tradespeople. This position involves supporting small-diameter pipe spools from 2” to 12”and fabricated assemblies.
Anticipated Start Date: May
Location: 17th ST, Edmonton
Shift: Nightshift4x10s (Mon-Thurs. 4:30pm - 3:00am) with potential for overtime
Inclusive Rate: $58.16/hr (Inclusive of employer contributions for vacation/statutory, health and welfare, RSP, RSP matching, education, and training.)
Hourly Rate: $46.66
Additional Premium: Nightshift - $3.00
