Responsible for coordinating occupational health testing through inbound and outbound phone calls and web booking requests. The role involves documenting call information, troubleshooting booking issues, and maintaining professional communication with clients and internal teams.
Requires a high school diploma and proficiency in computer data entry, specifically with Cantrak. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling to accommodate various time zones and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
