The Maintenance Technician will perform day-to-day maintenance operations, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs, while ensuring high-quality unit turnovers. They will also conduct daily inspections of community grounds and common areas to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience and possess strong skills in various trades. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

As the lead Maintenance Technician, you will work closely with the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to perform all day-to-day maintenance operations while providing exceptional customer service to our valued residents. The ideal candidate will have multifamily experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. In addition to completing apartment turnovers and maintenance service requests, regular duties can include appliance and HVAC repair, painting, pool maintenance, cleaning grounds and common area amenities.
