Perform technical repairs, make-ready unit turns, and maintain the overall curb appeal of the apartment community. Respond to resident service requests and handle after-hours emergency calls on a rotating schedule.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of residential maintenance experience. EPA Section 608 Certification and Yardi experience are preferred, along with a valid driver's license.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work alongside the Maintenance Team and Community Manager to provide excellent customer service to our residents, keep the grounds and buildings well maintained, and prepare apartments for future move-ins. This is a hands-on position and requires some of your own tools. Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred.

This position involves physical activity typical of apartment maintenance, including walking the property, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
