The Maintenance Technician will complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments while assisting with apartment turns and make-readies. They will also troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems to ensure the community remains in excellent condition.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience and hold an EPA Certification (Type II or Universal). The role requires physical capability to lift 75 lbs, proficiency with hand and power tools, and a strong customer service mindset.
