Design and operationalize fine-tuning workflows for large language models using supervised and reinforcement learning approaches. Lead dataset construction, scalable training pipeline development, and rigorous evaluation methodologies to ensure production-grade model performance.
Requires a Master's or PhD in Computer Science or ML with over 6 years of experience in ML research and engineering. Must have deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and hands-on experience with distributed training and LLM fine-tuning at scale.
