Lead a team providing strategic sourcing and contract administration for capital projects within the Core Projects group. Responsible for the development, negotiation, and execution of high-value commercial agreements while ensuring risk mitigation and operational excellence.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field with at least 8 years of progressive experience in sourcing and procurement. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership skills and proficiency in managing complex commercial agreements and stakeholder relationships.
Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Projects, the Manager, Supply Chain Projects & Contracting is responsible for leading a team that provides strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, and contract administration support for a portfolio of capital projects within AltaGas Core Projects group. As a recognized subject matter expert, this role plays a key leadership position in the development, negotiation, and execution of complex, high-value commercial agreements while ensuring alignment with project objectives, business priorities, and risk management strategies.
This position provides oversight and guidance to team members throughout the contract lifecycle and is accountable for the planning, execution, and administration of procurement and contracting activities, including:

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving processes, and fostering strong customer-focused relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
This role is ideal for a collaborative supply chain leader who thrives in a project-focused environment, brings strong commercial acumen, and is passionate about delivering value through strategic sourcing, contracting excellence, and high-performing teams.
