The Senior Finance Analyst will oversee financial operations across multiple entities, including managing the month-end close process and preparing financial statements. They will also support the CFO with budgeting, forecasting, and strengthening internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
Candidates must hold a CPA designation and possess at least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance. Proven experience within the insurance industry and proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel are required.

This role will initially support two separate operating businesses, with the opportunity to grow in scope as the organization evolves.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and capable Senior Finance Analyst to work directly with the CFO in overseeing the financial operations of multiple separate entities.
This is a senior-level role suited for someone ready to take ownership of core accounting and reporting functions, strengthen financial controls, and contribute to strategic financial decision-making across multiple businesses. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a variety of operating models and financial structures, with a clear development path toward stepping into a Controller role within 12–18 months.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to operate independently in a multi-entity environment.
