Your Opportunity
Triton Environmental Consultants Ltd. (“Triton”) is looking for an energetic and driven Administrative Assistant to join our Calgary, AB office and become part of a respected team of environmental professionals making an impact.
In this fast-paced and varied role, you’ll be a key part of keeping the office running seamlessly each day. You’ll provide welcoming reception support and essential administrative assistance to our office operations and project management teams, while working closely with Regional and Operations Managers, Project Managers and Coordinators, and the Warehouse Coordinator. From managing a broad range of clerical and office support tasks to helping teams stay organized, efficient, and responsive, you’ll play an important role in the success of our Calgary office.

This is a full-time, permanent position as an onsite administrative assistant in the Calgary AB office. There will be a requirement to generally work a standard Monday – Friday schedule (8 hrs daily, 40 hrs weekly).
