Position: Customer Service/Enforcement Officer
Hours: Thursday-Monday 8:am to 4:30pm
Rate of pay: $19.00 to $23:00 per hour
As a Mobility Specialist Driver, you are the front-line representative of Metropolis Parking, serving as the face of our technology-driven parking experience. You will assist customers in navigating and enrolling in Metropolis’ parking technology while delivering courteous, professional service. This role requires stamina, attention to detail, and a strong customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Mobility Specialists Drivers also play a key role in ensuring compliance with parking policies, maintaining lot and garage conditions, and supporting the overall operations of Metropolis facilities. As we continue to expand our technology platform, this position offers strong growth potential for high-performing team members.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Salary Range: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
Benefits: Eligible employees will participate in the various benefits plans including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, long/short term disability, life insurance, accident insurance, 401k and paid time off.
