About Nscale
Nscale is the GPU cloud engineered for AI. We provide cost-effective, high-performance infrastructure for AI start-ups and large enterprise customers. Nscale enables AI-focused companies to achieve superior results by reducing the complexity of AI development. Our GPU cloud bolsters technical capabilities and directly supports strategic business outcomes, including cost management, rapid innovation, and environmental responsibility.
We thrive on a culture of relentless innovation, ownership, and accountability, where every team member takes pride in their work and drives it with excellence and urgency. As an Nscaler, you’ll build trust through openness and transparency, where everyone is inspired to do their best work. If you join our team, you’ll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future.
At Nscale, we are building the infrastructure powering the next generation of AI and high-performance compute. As we scale rapidly across teams and regions, hiring exceptional talent is mission-critical.
The Recruiting Coordinator will play a pivotal role in enabling that growth.
This role serves as a key operational partner to the Talent team, ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate experience while supporting high-volume hiring across technical and business functions. You’ll be at the center of our interview operations — orchestrating complex schedules, supporting on-site interview days, and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects Nscale’s standards of precision, speed, and professionalism.
Given the pace of growth and frequent in-office interview loops, this role is highly visible and integral to maintaining operational excellence across recruiting.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys solving logistical challenges, and takes pride in delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
Drive high-volume interview scheduling across rapidly scaling technical, infrastructure, and corporate teams — operating with speed, precision, and urgency
Orchestrate complex on-site interview days, owning run-of-show logistics, candidate flow, room planning, and real-time adjustments in a high-traffic office environment
Act as the front-line ambassador for Nscale, delivering a polished, high-touch candidate experience that reflects our standards of excellence
Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to accelerate candidates through the pipeline without sacrificing quality
Navigate complex, ever-changing calendars across executives and cross-functional stakeholders, proactively resolving conflicts before they become blockers
Communicate interview logistics with clarity and urgency, ensuring candidates and interviewers are fully prepared and aligned
Build and maintain structured, scalable scheduling processes that support Nscale’s rapid hiring growth
Keep interview days running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where priorities can shift quickly
Tools & Systems
Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets), Metaview
Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System
GoodTime Scheduling experience
Preferred Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or a similar high-volume support role
Exceptional scheduling and calendar management skills with strong attention to detail
Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership — you ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Calm, solution-oriented, and professional in fast-paced, interview-heavy environments
Confident and polished when interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership
