What you will be doing
You will be responsible for day-to-day level two support for a real-time settlement and clearance application, interacting with internal implementation teams, external vendors, and development.
Works with internal and external teams on application configuration, file transfers, MQ, and connectivity.
Collaborate with development partners to continuously improve resiliency and stability.
Interfaces with project managers and development teams to implement required application changes.
Provide overall operational support when required.
What you bring
3+ years of overall experience with HPE NonStop Guardian environment (PATHWAY/NETBATCH/TACL).
Experience with file transfer solutions SFTP and IBM Connnect:Direct.
Basic understanding of network architecture. (IP addresses/VIPs/ports)
Familiarity with Windows and Linux servers.
MQ support/implementation knowledge.
Bonus if you have
Capital Markets (settlement/clearance) experience a plus.
