What You Will Do:
You will provide direct support to stakeholders to answer questions and solve technical issues.
You will develop design and implement software that satisfies customer and certification needs.
You will be produce high-quality software builds in an integrated test environment.
You will derive software requirements, create UML design diagrams, and code solutions from UML design diagrams.
You will communicate and collaborate with other Senior and Principal level Software Engineers, mentoring junior engineers/interns.
You will assist in the software requirements verification and test phases.
What You Will Learn:
You will have opportunity to learn and grow knowledge within the Strategic Nuclear Deterrence domain.
You will gain valuable experience & an opportunity to lead, including roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Cost Account Manager, and Software Lead.
You will become a subject matter expert and leader in communication technologies with exposure to the variety of business and products in an ever-evolving field.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in embedded software development with real time operating systems (RTOS).
Experience in Agile development methods, including Scrum, automated testing, and continuous integration.
Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Exposure to Earned Value Management (EVM) and understanding of how test progress integrates into broader program performance metrics.
Background in hardware-software integration, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing, or working within real-time embedded environments.
Familiarity with test automation frameworks, test management suites, defect tracking tools, and requirements management platforms.
Foundational understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices and tools, including exposure to architecture models and interface control documents.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
