Responsibilities

• Drive timely hiring by clarifying role requirements, understanding the talent market, and sourcing candidates proactively.
• Leverage Workday for candidate management, reporting, and process optimization to enhance recruitment operations.
• Lead direct sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, BizReach, and other tools to build high-quality talent pipelines.
• Contribute to employer branding through job postings, careers content, and talent events that reflect Trend Micro's Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
• Support offer negotiation and the onboarding handoff, coordinating with C&B and HR Operations to ensure a smooth, compliant transition from offer to Day 1.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HRBPs, and global stakeholders while ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (in-house or RPO).
• Demonstrated experience in direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, BizReach, etc.
• Proven experience managing the full hiring lifecycle from intake to offer negotiation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills.
• Native-level Japanese and intermediate English proficiency (mainly reading/writing).
• Practical experience using AI-driven tools in recruiting (e.g., sourcing copilots, resume screening, interview scheduling automation) to improve efficiency.
• Hands-on employer branding experience, from planning through execution.

Nice-to-Have

• Recruiting experience for client-facing, GTM-related roles (e.g., Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing) in the software or SaaS industry.
• Agency recruitment experience.
• Track record of closing hard-to-fill roles within deadlines.
• Self-starter with the ability to identify bottlenecks and offer improvements in recruiting processes.
• Hands-on experience operating Workday ATS.
• Working knowledge of labor affairs (労務).
