Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in telecommunications or construction management. Strong expertise in vendor management, budget oversight, and large-scale project coordination is required.

As a Technical Operations Manager, you will ensure that network operations are reliable and efficient by monitoring network performance, performing planned maintenance, proactively identifying and repairing network difficulties, and responding to network connectivity issues. You will work to improve customer experience through vendor and production management and will lead testing, acceptance, last mile, and installation operations to bring Google Fiber to customers as quickly as possible. Additionally, you will perform critical tasks that maintain and improve network operations and will take the technical lead in ensuring a reliable and efficient operating network. |

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $130,000- $143,000 + bonus + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
