The Head of Supply Chain directs global supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management across multiple international regions. This role is responsible for developing and executing the global supply chain strategy while ensuring safety, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field with 10-15 years of relevant experience. A minimum of 5-7 years in a leadership role managing supply chain professionals is required.
The Head of Supply Chain leads Seadrill's end-to-end Supply Chain function across its distributed operations in Angola, Brazil, Norway, the Gulf of Mexico, and APAC. The role directs a global team of regional Supply Chain Managers and functional leads, and is accountable for the planning and delivery of all Supply Chain activities in a safe, compliant, and cost-effective manner in support of rig operations. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, the role owns the global Supply Chain strategy and the multi-year improvement portfolio spanning procurement, category management, inventory, logistics, systems, and analytics. The Head of Supply Chain sets the framework, plan, and deliverables for the function; converts operational momentum into measurable value; and provides engaged, visible leadership to a diverse group of global and local professionals.
