Requires proficiency in AI tools for drafting and compliance, along with eligibility for a U.S. Government security clearance. A bachelor's degree and experience in defense industry technical writing or proposal management are preferred.
The Bid & Proposal Analyst leads the development of competitive proposals in response to RFIs, RFPs, Sources Sought notices, and BAAs across all DoD service branches. This role is responsible for producing compliant, persuasive, evaluator-ready submissions that advance Persistent Systems’ capture pipeline across Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and allied/international partner programs.
Standard office environment with a shared desk space and opportunity for hybrid schedule. Ability to stand/sit throughout the day using a computer and other standard office equipment. No offsite travel required.

The base pay for this role can vary from $93,000 to $113,500 a year based on the selected individual's education and experience.
