Drive advisor adoption and engagement by modeling best practices, identifying barriers, and implementing targeted interventions in partnership with field leaders
Represent advisor and client requirements in product roadmap reviews, enhancement prioritization, and upgrade cycles to ensure tools deliver meaningful outcomes
Partner with internal product, technology, and vendor teams to manage contracts, oversee implementations, and advocate for Wealth Planning’s interests
Oversee centralized support and field-facing teams, including help desk operations and direct advisor engagement for tool-related questions and training
Design and implement scalable training programs, develop advisor-facing materials, and embed new capabilities into practice management initiatives

Lead change management and technology adoption initiatives, meeting resistance with curiosity and sustaining momentum over multi-year adoption curves
Demonstrate ability to drive outcomes through product partners, technologists, field leaders, and vendor organizations that do not report directly to the individual
Possess field credibility to engage with advisors as peers, earning trust through substantive planning knowledge and designing support systems that reflect advisor practice realities
Translate complex advisor and client needs into actionable product requirements, holding technology teams accountable to delivery timelines and quality standards
Articulate a compelling vision for world-class financial planning tool adoption and advisor support at scale, marshalling resources and organizational will to achieve it
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
