Role Summary
The (USA) Director, Technical Program Management provides enterprise-level leadership for complex, high-impact technology programs, translating strategic priorities into disciplined execution and measurable business outcomes.
This role owns end-to-end program strategy, governance, solution alignment, cross-functional dependency management, risk mitigation, and resource optimization across large-scale initiatives. The Director also leads and develops a large TPM organization, builds high-performing talent, strengthens operating mechanisms, and raises the bar for execution excellence, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.
About the Team
Our team leads enterprise-scale technology strategy and execution for complex, business-critical programs. We establish governance, prioritization frameworks, and cross-functional alignment to deliver scalable solutions with measurable impact.
Combining technical expertise, program management rigor, and systems-level thinking, we support executive decision-making, enhance delivery predictability, and advance strategic initiatives across business, product, engineering, and operations.
The team fosters collaboration and drives continuous improvement to ensure successful outcomes for large-scale programs, enabling effective stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
Lead enterprise-scale technical programs from strategy through execution, aligning investments, resources, dependencies, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical outcomes.
Define scalable operating models, governance rhythms, prioritization frameworks, and executive reporting that improve delivery velocity and decision quality.
Own program risk management by identifying execution risks, driving mitigation plans, resolving escalations, and sustaining momentum across complex initiatives.
Influence senior stakeholders by communicating trade-offs, surfacing data-driven insights, securing alignment, and linking program objectives to strategic priorities.
Lead and develop a large TPM organization while driving ambiguous, global-scale programs.
Hire high-performing talent, develop leaders, strengthen organizational capability, and establish best practices in program management, technical design, and executive communication.
What You’ll Bring
Enterprise-scale technical program or portfolio leadership, including strategic planning, governance, dependency management, and risk ownership.
The ability to influence senior leaders, align cross-functional organizations, manage complex stakeholders, and secure commitments across competing priorities.
Strong technical judgment across system design, the software development lifecycle, cloud infrastructure, scalable architecture, and enterprise solutions.
A track record of driving transformation through process improvement, automation, scalable workflows, and operating mechanisms that improve efficiency and predictability.
Executive communication and influencing skills, with the ability to frame complex decisions, present data-driven recommendations, and align senior stakeholders.
Proven people leadership, including building high-performing TPM teams, developing leaders, strengthening organizational capability, and advancing program management and technical delivery practices.
