The House Manager oversees the daily operations of a community group home for individuals with intellectual disabilities, ensuring safety, security, and quality care. They supervise Direct Support Professionals, manage household budgets, and coordinate medical services and training.
A high school diploma is required, while an associate or bachelor's degree in human services is preferred. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in group residence settings for people with developmental disabilities and a valid driving record.

General Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Program Coordinator, and the general supervision of the Community Living Director, is responsible for the provision of support, personal assistance, training and quality care and safety and security to people with intellectual disabilities residing in a community group home.
