The Area Supervisor oversees assigned programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring financial, personnel, and programmatic goals are met. They provide staff guidance, manage regulatory compliance, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure high-quality care and safety.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience and a relevant educational background ranging from a high school diploma to a master's degree depending on experience. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass pre-employment clearances are also required.
Partnerships for People, a subsidiary of Keystone Human Services is seeking a full time Area Supervisor to join our team in supporting adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disability.
The Area Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and supervision of assigned programs, ensuring the successful achievement of financial, personnel, and programmatic goals. This role partners closely with clinical teams, families, and leadership to deliver effective and compliant services.

Education & Experience (One Required)
