Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with effective communication and basic computer skills. Candidates must be able to complete required certifications in Medication Administration, First Aid, and CPR.

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our Intellectual Disability Services team.
As a Direct Support Professional, you will empower individuals with intellectual disabilities to live full, meaningful lives within their communities by providing person-centered support that values individuality, respect, and choice.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a healthy, engaging home environment
Provide individualized support in alignment with each person’s service plan
Teach and assist with daily living skills and personal care
Support individuals in achieving valued social roles and independence
Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
Provide transportation to activities, employment, and appointments
Advocate for the health, wellness, and independence of the people we support
Build positive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries
Collaborate with team members and families to ensure meaningful outcomes
Position Details:
$20.50 per hour
Part Time
Casual/Per Diem (varying schedule, includes weekends)

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
Effective oral and written communication skills
